My name is Yiwei Li (Evey).
To me, a graphic designer is more than just making and designing visual deliverables. More importantly, as graphic designers we must have the ambition to provide a more positive impact on this society. I am passionate about bringing ideas to life through visual storytelling. With a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for aesthetics, I thrive on the creative process, constantly seeking innovative solutions to design challenges.
I am currently studying in MFA Program at AAU, majoring in graphic design. I think I have a relatively deep connection with graphic design because my major during my undergraduate period was also related to visual communication. I also like sketching and spent three years in high school learning professional skills related to sketching and drawing. What impressed me deeply is that after studying graphic design, I found that this field is no longer about the expression of self-feelings, but about customer-oriented and user-oriented. Therefore, in the field of graphic design, I pay more attention to the ideas of users and customers, and I consider myself a pretty good listener.
